We would like to say Welcome to Jerry Mosely. He will be the new teammate at redhollywood.net. He will be joining Cade and I on Nov. 16 for the super stack tournament at the Beau. He also hit a royal flush the other night so congratulations to him. Keep checking back for more holdem action.

Speaking of the Royal Flush...
Here's how it went down.
I was on the button, with 10-2 diamonds, 3 players limped into the pot before me, I limped in and so did the blinds. Flop AKQ diamonds, small blind bet, bb fold, fold, fold, raise, I smooth called with the flush, sb went all-in, another player went all-in, I called. Players had AK and A8. Turned a J of diamonds. AKQJ10 diamonds. Took down a good pot.
That same night Cade raised with 77 and had 2 callers. Flop came 774 and the 1st position went all-in on him. He called and actually started laughing....nice quads! The other player had a 4 and even hit another 4 on the river for a fullhouse 4s full of 7s.
Cade's new nickname is "laughin" Cade Thorntan
